Interior Design

Hi everyone, I enjoy studying how different spaces can become more comfortable and functional through the use of materials, lighting, and layout. I'm still learning and building up my practical experience. For me, design is not just about making things look good—it's about understanding the lifestyle habits of users and solving real problems through thoughtful planning. I hope to create spatial works that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also warm and enjoyable to live in.

Ring View Library /

Ring View Library is located at the century-old police station on Yuen Kong Hill, Tai Po. 120 years ago, the station was sited here for its high ground and commanding sea view — a symbol of authority's gaze. A century later, towers have risen around the hill, and the shoreline has receded layer by layer through three phases of reclamation — the view obscured, the land growing outward, and the carriers of knowledge continuously evolving. These transformations are not demolitions and replacements, but layer upon layer of accumulation — like the annual rings of a tree. "Ring View" is precisely a response to this accumulation — Ring: new architecture encircles the old police station like a new growth ring; View: from an elevated perspective, looking down upon the old building as a work of art.
