Environmentally friendly module unit design
該項目旨在充分利用場地的自然資源，開發酒店項目。然而，考慮到建築業對環境的巨大影響——根據香港建造業議會 (CIC) 的數據，建築業佔全球能源消耗的 36% 和碳排放量的 40%——因此，設計積極地將資源永續性放在首位。該項目採用以生態為中心的方法，嚴格執行模組化建造，以最大限度地減少整個建築過程中的環境污染和碳足跡。
Capitalizing on the site's natural assets, this project proposes a hotel development. However, acknowledging the construction industry's substantial environmental footprint – responsible for 36% of global energy consumption and 40% of carbon emissions according to Hong Kong's Construction Industry Council (CIC) – the design proactively prioritizes resource sustainability. An eco-centric approach is adopted, with modular construction rigorously implemented to minimize environmental pollution and carbon footprint throughout the building process.
