我的名字叫周栢毅，21歲。未婚。我在香港專業進修學校裏讀書。每天都要在學校做功課到九點才回家。 平常會拍攝風景照片，我不抽煙，酒僅止於淺嚐。 凌晨三點睡，每天睡不足8個小時。睡前，我會玩手機直到睡著 ，上了床，不會馬上熟睡。絕對會把疲勞和壓力留到第二天。醫生都說我非常不健康。
My name is Chow Pak Ngai, I'm 21 years old, and single. I study at Hong Kong College of Technology. I don't get home until 9 PM every day after doing homework. I occasionally take landscape photos. I don't smoke, and I only drink a little alcohol. I go to bed at 3 AM, getting less than 8 hours of sleep each night. Before bed, I always use my phone until I fall asleep, but once I'm in bed, I don't fall into a deep sleep immediately. I definitely carry over the fatigue and stress to the next day. Doctors say I'm very unhealthy.
Withering sound / 枯聲
我的作品探討的是職場霸凌。它講述了主角在工作中遭受一位導演霸凌的故事。霸凌行為不斷升級，情況也變得越來越嚴重。
My work explores workplace bullying. It tells the story of a protagonist who is bulled by a director at work. The bullying escalates, and the situation becomes increasingly serious.
