自神社是一個以「崇敬自我」為核心理念的身心靈品牌，主張以侍奉神明的心來好好對待自己。 在自神社，我們相信關愛自己不是放縱，而是一種日常的修行——透過靜心、自我覺察、自我照顧與小小的儀式，重新學習留意、理解並療癒自己的身心。我們專注陪伴剛踏入社會的年輕人，在忙碌與壓力之中，找回屬於自己的節奏，建立平衡而健康的自愛生活。
Self Care Club is a mind-body-spirit brand built around the idea of “revering the self.” We believe in treating ourselves with the same care and devotion we would offer a deity. At Self Care Club, we believe self-care is not indulgence, but a daily practice. Through mindfulness, self-awareness, self-care, and small rituals, we relearn how to notice, understand, and heal our own mind and body. We are dedicated to supporting young people as they step into society, helping them find their own rhythm amid busyness and pressure, and build a balanced, healthy lifestyle rooted in self-love.
